Quick Check
1. Think of a recent time you over-trusted an executor (human or AI) and later found the output was wrong. What would better scrutiny have looked like? What would have caught the error?
2. Think of a time you under-trusted and rewrote work that actually met your standard. Why did you rewrite it? What was the gap between the standard and your actual reaction?
3. For a type of work you direct regularly, what could go wrong? What costs are associated with being wrong? What level of scrutiny makes sense given those costs?
