The durable response is not defensive. It's structural.
Module 1 · Lesson 5 of 5
So far, this module has given you a framework: a job is tasks, an employee is skills, there's a pyramid of employee types, and AI is reshaping what Tier 1 looks like. Now the question is practical: what do you actually do with that knowledge? How does understanding these structures change the way you build your career?
The instinct is to get defensive. You think: I need to learn more skills, stay ahead of the technology, prove I'm still valuable. Some of that is necessary. But if you only do the defensive work, you're trying to outrun a machine, and that's not a winnable game long-term. The durable response is different. It's about understanding which skills compound and which are terminal.
