The Long Game
Making your work visible is a long game. It's not something you accomplish in a few months. It's a practice you develop over years. But it's not as hard as it might seem. You don't need to be famous or get your name in lights. You just need to be consistently visible for the right things: for judgment, for making others more capable, for being trustworthy, for thinking clearly about problems that matter.
The organizations that will value you in an AI-saturated future are the ones that understand this. They're looking for people who can direct their AI tools well, who can evaluate output with judgment, who can keep the system honest, and who make everyone around them smarter. If you develop these capabilities and make them visible, you won't have a problem finding opportunities. The problem will be choosing which ones to pursue.
